What HappnIQ does

HappnIQ runs the whole job. Contracts managers plan work against live sites, job types and client rate cards, then dispatch tasks straight to the operatives carrying them out. In the field, crews work through digital checklists, dynamic risk assessments and RAMS on a phone or tablet, capturing time and GPS stamped photo evidence as they go — including the two-hourly maintenance checks required on high speed maintenance shifts. The same records then feed timesheets and payroll, invoicing with the supporting evidence attached, client and audit packs, HR and leave, the PPE register, vehicle walk-round checks and compliance reporting. Everything is recorded once, in one place, so nothing has to be re-typed, chased or reconstructed later when a client or an auditor asks what happened on site.

Who it is for

HappnIQ is built for traffic management contractors and the teams around them: the contracts managers and supervisors who plan and run the works, the office and finance staff who quote, invoice and keep compliance records, and the operatives on site who need a fast, reliable workflow in bad weather and worse signal. It also serves the clients on the other side of the work — councils, utility companies and main contractors — who simply want clear, trustworthy evidence that works were carried out safely and to the agreed standard.

Who builds it

HappnIQ is designed, built and maintained by Coneworx Ltd, a traffic management contractor based in Cleland, North Lanarkshire. Every feature started life as a problem on our own sites, so the software is shaped by the people who use it every day rather than by assumptions about how the industry works. Development stays in-house, with our own contracts managers, supervisors and crews testing each release before it reaches a customer.
